Review of The Help (2011) by Ethan S — 30 Dec 2012
A hilarious film full of sass and personality. The acting is extremely impressive, and Stone shows she can play a different character every once in a while. The setting is great, and the film can be anything from depressing to inspirational.
Also, the rebellious tone "The Help" emits makes it a lot more funny, and better altogether. And to top it off, the story/script is absolutely brilliant (I still quote "You is kind, you is smart, you is important" to this day).
This movie definitely lives up to it's book, and in my opinion, it's a modern classic.
