I really had a hard time liking this movie, because not only was Ben Stiller's character very unlikable and unsympathetic, but many of the jokes fell flat--with a thud! The movie's mean-spirited tone and inclination towards repulsive sight gags made this an unbearable mess; having an exploding kooch is where I draw the line!
