Review of The Heartbreak Kid (2007) by Benjamin P — 26 May 2009
By now you know what you get with Ben Stiller. This is another one of his comedies that walks the fine line between stupid and funny. This time it veers more in the direction of stupid. It does have its moments of humor.
The movie starts out promises and then progress to become more outrageous and even annoying. Jerry Stiller and Rob Corddry play their roles well. The plot sets up to be a funny movie, but somehow falls short in the end.
