Review of The Headless Horseman (1922) by D M — 05 Aug 2010
A rather great interpretation of this Irving-classic. Will Rogers stars as Ichabod Crane in this short movie which was actually filmed around Tarrytown, NY! Rogers' horseman-skills certainly came in handy for the conclusion.
It is very true to the short-story with all the comedy intact (much better than the Burton-version from the 90s).
