I felt this movie was actually rather scary at times, I enjoyed it more than I normally do with haunted house movies. The acting, of course, was not phenomenal, but I wasn't expecting it to be anyway.
The ectoplasm bit was way too far fetched, but other than that I thought the story was okay.
