The Haunting In Connecticut 2: Ghosts Of Georgia is a scary and intense plus atmospheric Horror film based on the Discovery channel and National Geographic episode of A Haunting. The plot of this movie is about the Wyrick family who moves to a historic home in Georgia and after moving to the house the Wyrick's daughter soon starts seeing spirits of people who died in the yard of they're house and the family must leave before the ghosts takes them out.

I just came home from SM after watching this film and I was surprised with the whole movie to be honest. I didn't find this film at all to be a sequel to the first movie since it has nothing or has any involvement over its predecessor due to the film's plot and setting and it doesn't offer any similarities to its predecessor and I ended up becoming surprised with this directional debut of director Tom Elkins(Who edited the first movie and other Horror films as well).

I didn't have a problem at all with this movie although I quite find the title a bit ridiculous and embarrassing because it is not related to the first movie and it should have been titled The Haunting In Georgia rather than The Haunting In Connecticut 2: Ghosts Of Georgia.

The movie starts with a creepy and eerie opening scene that starts the pacing of the whole film and the movie gets darker and darker after the opening scene and I totally like the idea of the film a lot thanks to Director Tom Elkins.

You can see how Tom Elkins managed to make this movie work and the way Elkins handled his directing is solid and magnificent and we get to see loads of magnificent and impressive settings. The Georgia home looks incredibly creepy and it totally gives the movie a dark and haunting feel even the underground settings look haunting and it also gives the film a haunting atmosphere at the same time.

Plus the film also has a lot of super creepy and scary ghosts and I believe the station man is the scariest ghost in the film while the rest of the ghosts looks creepy and scary as well and I just love how Elkins managed to handle the ghosts in the film a lot.

The movie also has a lot of eerie and creepy tones and themes that I love in the movie a lot plus I also enjoy a couple of scenes in this film like the sewing needle coming out of a girl's mouth and the flashback scenes are eerie at the exact same time and Tom Elkins managed to handle all of the ideas in a careful and proper way to scare the audience.

I was also fund of the movie's atmosphere and I just love the atmosphere of this movie a lot and the whole film is incredibly atmospheric and gives the film a moody and dark feel and I overall find it amazing and I just love how Elkins handled this really well and it really fits in the film along with the scares and tension and I was surprised overall with Elkins' work on this film a lot.

Now the acting is great all of the casts did a magnificent job with their work on this movie. Chad Michael Murray did a fantastic job with his work on the film as Andy Wyrick while the rest of the casts deliver solid performances throughout the whole film.

Director Tom Elkins did an excelllent job with his work on this movie a lot and I find his directing to be completely different to Peter Cornwell's directing on the first movie but I adore the way Elkins directed this film a lot and I hope he directs the sequel to this film.

Overall The Haunting In Connecticut 2: Ghosts Of Georgia is a dark and suspenceful plus atmospheric ghost film that delivers the goods and I will give this movie a 10/10. Oh and the title of the film could have been The Haunting In Georgia rather than The Haunting In Connecticut 2: Ghosts Of Georgia.
