Review of The Haunting (1999) by Graham L — 19 Jul 2008
The first in a long line of "annoying, stupid people 'trapped' in big evil house they could easily escape from" movies, it's basically a mediocrity. It fails to deliver the goods in terms of scares and jump scenes, so let's move on to characters, writing, and performances.
.. nope, not much to see here either. Are the special effects good? Whatever, they're OK. Just watch the old one, for Christ's sake, don't even bother.
