Review of The Haunting (1963) by Erich S — 25 Feb 2008
The scariest film I have ever seen, bar none. You never see any blood, violence, creatures, or anything like that. You only hear extremly eerie sounds and creepy movements. The characters are excellent and so is the very unsettling atmosphere.
Knowing that something like this could happen to you adds to it. Excellent movie by Robert Wise.
