I rarely write reviews, but I've watched The Hatred a few times already, and really enjoy it. The Hatred has a classic thriller/horror feel that stuck with me. The pacing and tension build-up is a throwback to the genre before horror films relied on jump-scares alone.
I love the story, cinematography, sound design, and creep-factor. This film is beautifully shot and scored, and the predominately female cast is a refreshing change as well.
In a nutshell, The Hatred is an interesting, eerie, thriller/horror centered around a Nazi curse. Groovy.
