Like all of Tarantino's post Jackie Brown films, this is brilliant and frustrating in equal measures. QT pleases himself, which is fine - but the film suffers from some weak plotting and some one dimensional characters.
That said, the cast is brilliant, there's some great dialogue and it looks marvellous. Out of three hours, there's a fantastic film lurking - it just needs cutting into shape.
