It is funny to read that most of the critics that gave this movie a positive rating notie that it is not QT's best, and possibly his worst, but somehow they liked it. For me this was not only his worst, but not worth the almost 3 hours of absolute torture to get to some sort of point.
Two thirds of the film was slow, slow, slow and the other third was blood and gore. Conversations felt forced and out of context; and for a film set not long after the Civil War it was sad that they spoke with euphemisms from the 21st century.
This movie was just downright bad and I cannot give it a "pass" just because it is a Quentin Tarantino film (like most of these critics did).
