Clearly, I don't see this as a 5 star QT movie, but did I enjoy the hell out of it? Absolutely. Did I think it was most likely historically accurate? Yes (with exception to the weapons), and it also held a timely message, as most QT movies do.
Do I think that those "offended" by this movie are ignorant gits? Yes, I do. Get over it; people used the n-word in the 1800s and sexism was rampant! Was it slow? Yes, but I enjoyed every slow, purposeful minute.
In all, it was funny, apt, violent in all the right places, and held a fantastic story, script, and acting. Loved it!
