Fucking fantastic film, entirely deserving of my sweary aliteration at the beginning of this sentence. A musical of sorts about a family who buy a deserted guesthouse thinking that the soon to be built main road will bring them guests.
In the meantime when the guests that do arrive just seem to keep dying, the film just gets sillier and sillier. Brilliant occasional use of animation and special effects, from the Japanese master of weird, Takashi Miike.
