The hangover never needed a sequel in the first place...while it is better than the atrocious first one this installment lacked the laughs. ..Chow is one of the main central characters in this movie and the boys end up back in vegas to get chow and once again save doug.
The second half of the movie is a lot more entertaining but overall no chance of living up to the first one.
