The Hangover Part II is the Hangover part I in a different location. The characters do not develop really from where the original left off and a lot of the jokes are identical but carry less weight. However it is nice to see these guys together again as I really enjoy the combination of the three.
It is a Thai remix of a funny movie you may have seen before.
