The Hangover is very funny but far from perfect.

The most enjoyable parts of this movie revolve around Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms and Zach Galifianakis. Whilst there are a heap of hilarious moments, I felt there were equally some parts I felt were a bit forced, though these weren't too often.

There is no doubt that Galifianakis is brilliant, but a lot of the credit has to go to the director and writers also. Galifianakis delivers some superb lines/scenes - but arguably he becomes less funny as the movie goes on (the baby scenes aren't great). Cooper, the former bit-player on 'Alias' is another star on the rise and it's good to see him headlining a few movies in recent times. His performance is also top-notch and he will get better.

Ed Helms (from the US version of The Office) also has his fair share of funny moments - probably none better than his "solo" on the piano.

I thought the Mike Tyson scene(s) fell a bit flat, probably an example of some forced moments when it wasn't really needed. Cooper, Helms and Galifianakis were clearly more than capable of keeping the movie (and laughs) flowing. I also wasn't sure that Heather Graham was really needed in her role.

All in all, The Hangover is a really good movie with a lot of moments to make you laugh (and something cringe). If you're into comedy, you must see it. Even if comedy is not usually your thing, you may still get a kick out of it.
