Review of The Hangover (2009) by Neal P — 28 May 2013
This is definately my favorite comedy of 2009 next to I Love You Man. This movie was hilarious! First off, it had a great director. It was Todd Phillips who also directed the 2003 classic, Old School. It also had Ed Helms who I always enjoy watching as Andy on The Office.
This new guy, Zach Galifianakis (guy with the beard), whom I have never seen before, stole this whole movie. He was a laugh riot in this movie and will have everyone cracking up whenever he's on screen.
In a nut shell, cauz I don't want to give this movie away, a group of guys get crazy drunk in Vegas on night and they wake up the next morning not remembering all of the crazy stuff that happened the night before and have to suffer the consequences.
They also are unable to find his friend Doug and they have to somehow trace all the crazy stuff that happened the previous night in order to find him. This movie is very crude but very funny! If you liked Old School, then you will be presently surprised to find cameos from 3 small characters from that film included into this.
