Review of The Hand That Rocks the Cradle (1992) by Corey B — 28 May 2010
Effective thriller that gets a little lost along the way (suspense wise it kind of peters out around the halfway marker when Rebecca de Mornay sets up yet another elaborate hoax), but Curtis Hanson is a solid director and manages to make the most out of scenes that just shouldn't work (Ernie Hudson's character is shameless audience pandering, but I fell for it hook, line, and sinker).
