Thriller in the vein of "Single White Female" that became a unexpected box office smash hit, and had an even more unexpected impact on popular culture.
It's been on television here so many times over the years that I think I've seen it 6 times, and it's a fun enough watch, and De Mornay has her best moments when she loses her shit. Nothing will surprise you very much though, except in my case I can't believe that I saw this film that often and I never realized that Best Friend Bitch is played by Julianne Moore who looks like a real estate wife and acts like a real estate wife faking her orgasm. Talk about a metamorphosis...
