Review of The Halloween Tree (1993) by Moriah F — 19 Apr 2015
I have been wanting to see this cartoon since I was five years old and watched the preview prior to watching "In Search of Dr. Seuss". The preview was fantastically accented by "In the Hall of the Mountain King" but I NEVER, until two days ago, knew what the song was OR what the movie title was.
17 years later, I find out it is a story by Ray Bradbury and a fantastic one at that. Even my five year old self knew the greatness that is Ray Bradbury. Lovely film, even in my 20s. Excellent messages regarding the benefit of historical knowledge.
