Review of The Guilt Trip (2012) by Aaron D — 26 Apr 2013
It's got an exciting starcast and an interesting premise, which makes you feel that nothing can go wrong. However, what was meant to be a laugh riot is a sweet, light comedy on the relationship between a son and his mother. It's got its share of laughs, but nothing out of the ordinary.
Along with good performances by the pair (Streisand and Seth Rogen), 'The Guilt Trip' is just the kind of movie you could watch on a lazy, hot afternoon.
