Review of The Grinch (2018) by Kjerstin A — 25 Dec 2018
This movie surpassed all hopes I had for a Grinch movie. It was beautiful and touching and yet still traditional. It humanizes the Grinch in a way that needed to be done. He's not aggressively trying to be horrible, he's horribly coping with his past, something easily done if one can't find proper support.
There was a perfect blend of the old and the new. I am thankful that this movie was made. This is a movie everyone can use a lesson from. Someone disliking this movie says more about that person that it does the movie.
Amazing peice of art.
