Review of The Grey (2012) by Tsukasa A — 30 Jan 2015
As their plane crashed into the remote Alaskan wilderness, they face desperate situation of mortal injuries and merciless weather. The movie is somewhat philosophical. Fight to live or give up to die. The same lines are repeated: 'Don't be afraid.
' and 'Once more into the fray. Into the last good fight I'll ever know. Live and die on this day. Live and die on this day.' Through the survivors under the extreme condition, the movie suggests that only fighting is raison d'etre.
