Review of The Green Slime (1968) by John M — 22 Jan 2011
Propably the best Green Slime in Space movie ever made.
A bit like Day of the Triffids, but in space then.
The space was a cool place in 1968. You could swim around in a space suite much in any way you want. You can decend onto an asteroid which is about to collide withe earth, even drive around in cars on it.
All women look like there with the B-52's and there's always time for some love hullabaloo in the meamntime as fighting aliens in the corridors of an space station the size of a minor city up in space.
There's even a dance scene at the space station. 1968 did look good.
It's pretty ridicolous, but made in agood pace in a good mode.
