Review of The Green Mile (1999) by Rocknblues 8 — 30 Oct 2013
The Green Mile is a solid offering by director Frank Darabont that does well with it's fantastic supernatural elements, but the film is overly long and is a bit of a chore despite some colorful characters.
The performances are solid, with Sam Rockwell being the best part of the film by far. It's a film that probably gets too much hate from critics and too much love from the general crowed. But it's still a solid watch.
