Review of The Green Inferno (2013) by Jake Z — 26 Sep 2015

This is bad, like truly awful. But it's also the hardest I've laughed in the theater all year. It's hard for me to believe that Roth was actually making a film he'd call 'good', he had to intentionally be going as low as possible.

But the atrocious dialogue is hilarious, the characters are worse, and the occasionally effective violence just adds to how fucking strange the whole thing is.
