Review of The Green Inferno (2013) by Rod E — 02 Oct 2015
Eli Roth wears his influences on his sleeve and I appreciate and enjoy that. The Green Inferno isn't the greatest new horror movie but it did play with archetypes of horror movies and delivered squeamish gore and situations.
Spoiler alert, the handling of the Jonah character's demise was brutal as he was the most innocently endearing character. The ending is a little weak but I enjoyed this.
