Review of The Green Inferno (2013) by Devon R — 11 Oct 2015
Eli Roth directs his first film since Hostel Part 2, and it may just be his most shocking film to date. I read the reports about the films most infamous sequences and yes one scene in particular is quite intense.
People walked out after said particular sequence at the showing I was at. It's a shame then that after this shocking first section the film never then recovers and the tone wobbles horribly from intense horror to teen comedy.
It is worth watching for all horror fans and I'm glad that it did finally get released. Not for the faint hearted though.
