I wanted so much more from this film, and I'll be Jay Chou did too. There was a wealth of material to draw on, the radio series, the film serial, the tv show.... but it felt like all this had been overlooked and Waltz's wonderful villainy was almost entirely wasted.

There just wasn't enough caper to make this a good action movie.
