As far as super-hero films go, it's not the worst, mostly because of it's weird off-beat tone and comedic timing. But overall, it lacks everything that would elevate it to a film worthy of a sequel.
The Green Hornet is not quite as bad as The Green Lantern - so it's not all bad.
