I'm not a fan of Seth Rogen. I find his films to be excessively vulgar and not very enjoyable. Then came "The Green Hornet". Its an enjoyable film, but the bigfest flaw is that it nevers decides whether it is a drama or a comedy, and it struggles because of it.
The acting is pretty good from all. Christoph Waltz is a pretty fun villain, and Seth Rogen shows some promise as a serious actor, but the previously mentioned issue really holds him back. The plot is a typical superhero origin: An arrogant son's wealthy father dies and the son tries to find his killer while fighting crime.
The movie moves well, but stumbles when it juggles the tone. The action is pretty good, but is used mostly for jokes. The tone problem is the film's biggest flaw, and it struggles because of it, but it is still enjoyable.
