Amir and Hassan who are best friends; Hassan was a servant of Amir Father who was loyal and was treated as a son of Amir Father. Hassan was brought up in Amir Father House as a child and they played together and kite on the streets of Kabul.
Amir believes that his father blames him for the death of his mother when she was giving birth to him and also believes his father loves Hassan more than him.
