Not sure why all this film got such bad reviews. It was fun to watch. Graboids meet Red Cliff. There is some bad science in this film but not as awful as a Bey film. The plot is simplistic. So what...it's summer.
Loved the weapons and the scenery. Plus General Lin is a strong female character. It goes good with beer and burgers c.
