Review of The Great Raid (2005) by Linda H — 28 Aug 2015

Although many critics obviously didn't find much to like about this movie, I found it very interesting. I had never heard of this event before, and was happy to see a fairly recent movie using fact-based events where the Americans were actually the heroes! Perhaps that is exactly why those critics DIDN'T like it.

I generally have agreed with Roger Ebert, and was glad to see that HE gave it a "FRESH" rating.
