Review of The Great Outdoors (1988) by Robert R — 31 Jul 2012
Dan Ackrod is a thorn in the butt and John Candy the big family man. Great outdoors is a canadain favorite filmed in the country. Mis-adventures, the movie is addictive you can never see it to many times and have it loose it's flare.
Whats so great about the movie is grown men catching a bat with household products for protection and a bear who gets shot in the butt by a lamp. And well preseved man getting his picture taken with kids and have later to find he's dead. or maybe its the water skiing insident?
This movie is guarnteed to burst your stitches, give you belly aches and cause lack of air to the head cause its that good of a comedy!
