Review of The Great Mouse Detective (1986) by Brooke G — 20 Mar 2009
This was an unusual movie. What made it so fun was the cute little girl mouse! speaking with a British accent. I remember as a kid, my brother and I would watch this over and over again. Still to this day, I remember being freaked out by the bad guys in the moves (wasn't there a bat as well as evil mice?).
It is adorable though, how they translate Sherlock Holmes first to animation and then to a mouse!!
