Review of The Great Escape (1963) by Ben B — 10 Aug 2009
This 3 hour epic is a brilliant piece of work. From the story, to the acting, to the suspense, to the (am I allowed to put "to the" this many times?) cinematography and the music, The Great Escape is a wonderul, entertaining film.
McQueen and Attenborough are exquisite, and do well in what little time they spend on film together. It's truly a great film, and I have nothing more to say about it.
