Review of The Great Escape (1963) by Wezul S — 24 May 2015
This is easily the greatest prison camp movie ever made, It has an amazing cast, lead by one of the coolest (pun intended) actors of his time Steve McQueen, and James Gardener is pretty awesome too. It is a little sad in the end, but you have to admire the soldiers that this was based on, they just never really gave up on trying to get out and cause trouble.
The only real problem with the movie is that it is way too long, clocking in at just over 3 hours, but other then that, totally amazing movie.
