Finally got round to seein this over the festive period. It's a darn good film. The second that iconic music starts you'll be whistlin along. The cast is brilyant, the tale is legendary and will have you rootin throughout.
It is a long un tho so put yo feet up and strap yoself in for the evenin. Make it a double bill - follow it with Chicken Run - and thank me later. Put this quote on one of them channel 4 'the 50 most classic films' programs - "This film oozes classic status from it's patriotic pores".
