Review of The Great Escape (1963) by Themumblelover . — 11 Sep 2013
Remarkable story and told with such care and brilliance. The tunnel scene is really brings out the tension of the escape you cant take tour eyes away from the screen. Richard Attenborough is fantastic and so is McQueen.
Bronson's claustrophobic lacks conviction while john Leyton wasn't too bad. Its a film you just have to see.
