Review of The Great Ecstasy of Robert Carmichael (2005) by Chloe R — 28 Jan 2008
Not much to be remembered for in the early scenes, but once you get further into the film it takes a dramatically sinister twist. You will not forget the final ten minutes in a hurry. Shocking and highly disturbing, it's a modern Clockwork Orange.
Not as good, but still holds it's own as an overlooked but great British film.
