Review of The Great Dictator (1940) by Alex K — 28 May 2008
One of the greatest satires in history. Chaplin gives an amazing performance as the two main characters. It culminates in an amazing mistaken identity and the greatest monologue/speech in movie history.
They just don't make 'em like they used to, especially making an epic speech in one shot.
