Review of The Great Dictator (1940) by Jacob M — 04 Jun 2012
Charlie Chaplin brings hilarity and bitter satire in this daring comedy. Made during WWII, this is the only movie of its time to even try to satirize Adolf Hitler, and besides it probably is the best Hitler parody and satire ever made for that matter.
This movie will continue to live on as a legend of classic cinema and is a must watch for all movie lovers alike.
