Predictable, but fairly well-done historical drama. Nothing bad about it, just nothing that makes it really memorable. I could even say that I was squirming with suspense at some points, but still, for some reason the movie lacks that magic spark that makes you sigh when the credits start rolling.
The acting is really good and does throw a bit of spice into the mix. All in all, it's worthwhile to see, but doesn't stand out either as literature or as fun.
