Review of The Great Debaters (2007) by Eat B — 10 Jan 2009
Lots of young actors that do alright in this, but overall not as inspiring as it could have been. If you want to see a movie on black people's struggle for racial equality, there are many better. If you want to see a movie about a team of students rising from the bottom to the top, there are also a handful of better options.
One could watch a film from each of those categories in as long as it took to watch this.
