Sum: Just not interesting enough. Full: I'm rooting for Netflix, own stock in it, like the directors and actors involved. Okay, here's where it fell short - recycled plot, muted / hard to see action sequences, Ryan just didn't fit the role, Anna was like a cardboard prop (nothing added), everyone felt like they were coasting through the movie.
The only one who was somewhat fun to watch was Chris Evans (he's just too typecast as Captain A in action sequences - so hard to believe he's the villian. I stopped watching 4/5 of the way through - I just couldn't see it getting any better.
