The "Reds" still deserve another shot in my mind. (he-he) Yes, the depression was an extreme time, but the film's setting shows what Capitalism looks like at its worst. Things can get better: stop dreaming about a shiny afterlife and do something! I love the ex-preacher's line, "Preachers need to have the answers.
That's why I can't be no preacher no more. All I can do now is ask.".
