Here is why social justice and compassion are constitutional guarantees nowadays. The Grapes of Wrath is that tale which forever reminds us of the evils of discrimination, bigotry and opportunism. It makes one furious and inspired at the same time to do something at least, although we know these social ills to be (almost) incurable.
