First thirty minutes was great, but then it put me to sleep. Trailer is misleading. It's more biopic than kung fu pic. Some would say I have to be a fan of Wong Kar Wai, but I don't think that's an excuse.
I liked "Chung King Express." If it's about character, then I'm in. This is biopic in all the worst ways - flash forwards, text cards with dates, it's a complete snore-fest.
