A good little movie about a small, harbor town fallen on hard times. A few good laughs and some clever dialogue keep things moving along adequately. May be a bit twee for some people, but I enjoyed it.
For what it is, I thought it a bit longer than it needed to be. And nobody who got into and through medical school would ever be as clueless as this hapless doctor. A lot here is incredible, but it's all very nice and fun.
